The TUI holiday portfolio ticks off everything from beach holidays and city breaks through to lakes and mountains getaways. TUI offer tours that let you experience exotic places like Costa Rica, Sri Lanka and the USA in a brand-new way, and the best way to start is with image and video.

TUI Video Player is a unique way for customers to experience what TUI has to offer and was tasked with creating a player to work seamlessly with web and app solutions both internally and externally.

Video is King.

Content, especially audiovisual, is the best way to convey a clear message while generating more conversions. With videos from one minute to a minute and a half across all channels of engagement, we needed to deliver a consistent viewing experience that allowed developers to insert video content at any given moment.

Through video, we were able to generate more confidence and convey the message of sale of TUI Group to travelers in a comfortable, entertaining and attractive way.

 

Making an impact.

The use of video in sales conversations has experienced a considerable increase: from 25% to 37% with Playlists being a key feature.

Almost 70% of participants in the same study indicated the importance of visualization data for the sales team since it is possible to use this data to generate more engagement and qualitatively improve conversions and made. Combining playlists with resort galleries increased conversion in the booking funnel and converted more return visitors.
