The adoption and service is driven by reward incentives for the jobseeker. In order to streamline the reward payment, a partnership with VISA to offer users a Job.com branded prepaid VISA Debit card. With their signing bonus already assigned to the card with a full payment and management facility available to the job seeker, users could also submit their W9 for tax.
